Hi, I’m Iris. I’m a UC Berkeley-trained executive coach grounded in Haas leadership values and ICF standards. I also have 15 years of experience in Silicon Valley enterprise technology sales, working with the C-suite and executive decision-makers. I help leaders cultivate empathy, presence, and innovation through authentic connection and inquiry.
About my pursuits: I am a Scuba diver, sailor, skier, and global traveler. I am also a former SFMOMA docent and UC Berkeley Art Museum board member. I am a Bay Area foodie, culture lover, and proud fan of the Warriors and Giants. Carpe Diem!
